Based in the busy market town of Totnes in Devon, Bridgetown Butchers has been serving the local community for over thirty years. Originally founded in the 1780s, since 1984 the shop has been owned by Richard and Marilyn Lucas, who work alongside a dedicated team to provide the local community with quality meat.
For us, there is nothing better than prime Westcountry meats. We use the highest quality meat to serve both our independent retail and catering customers. Whilst we predominately sell meat farmed here in Devon, on occasion our meat may come from elsewhere in the South West. We are proud to work in partnership with local Devon farms and businesses including Creedy Carver.
At Bridgetown Butchers, we have a team of experienced butchers led by Richard Lucas who has worked in the industry for over 40 years. We also have a dedicated team of delivery drivers, exclusively delivering our meat within the local area.
Our traditionally trained butchers prepare meat fresh to order on our premises. They individually make sausages and beef burgers by hand. Why not come into the shop or place an order to try them?
